Biography

Aziz Abu Sarah was recently named as National Geographic emerging explorer for 2011. He is a lecturer and has spoken in hundreds of churches, synagogues and mosques on the subject of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, peace, reconciliation, and interfaith dialogue. He has also lectured and facilitated meetings for countless international organizations and universities, including Georgetown University, Columbia, Princeton, Brandeis, Yale, George Washington, and before the European Parliament and the United Nations.  Aziz is a columnist for Alquds Newspaper and has published articles at the New York Times, Haaretz, Jerusalem Post, Alarabiya, Daily Star and Middle East online and others. He regularly provides analysis for television news programs. Aziz co-hosted a radio show in Jerusalem for 3 years with tens of thousands of listeners from around world including the US and is regular contributor for 972mag.com a new Israeli online English magazine.
