The primary focus of this initiative is bringing faculty and experts together in order to design and implement introductory course materials in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, particularly experiential learning activities (ELAs) suitable for general post-secondary education. Professors have already begun implementing simulations, role plays, drills and tutorials in their classes with the aims of creatively linking theory to practice and making learning simultaneously enjoyable and challenging.
