Biography

An S-CAR Ph.D candidate, Molly Tepper is currently teaching in the Undergraduate program. She is also assisting the CAR department as a GTA fellow.    With a background in ADR practices, she is focusing her studies on identity theories and conflict resolution at societal levels.
