Biography

Phil Gamaghelyan is a PhD student at S-CAR. He is the co-founder and co-director of the Imagine Center for Conflict Transformation, and the managing editor of the Journal of Conflict Transformation: Caucasus Edition. He initiated and facilitated numerous Azerbaijani-Armenian dialogue and training workshops and conferences with diverse audiences including students, educators and policy makers.
