Registration Forms

Course Permit Form Used to allow non-ICAR students to register for ICAR courses or to add students to a full course Blank Form Sample

Request to Take Course Elsewhere Used to obtain PRIOR permission to take a course at another institution that will count toward a GMU degree.  The approval must be obtained prior to beginning the course Blank Form Sample

Transfer/Substitutions/Extended Studies Forms/Waivers

Transfer of Credit as Electives

Used for including credit for courses previously taken at another institution into a student’s degree program as electives.

Grace Period for Full-Time Equivalence Used for ABD's who have completed the required 12 credits of dissertation work and are taking 1 credit a semester until they complete. Blank Form
