Coaching is quickly becoming a significant aspect of the Conflict Analysis and Resolution (CAR) field. Conflict Coaching is one of the most important processes to master as a CAR Practitioner.  Students will learn and apply several conflict coaching models, and develop their own style. This class will deepen the skill-set required of all conflict-management professionals. Conflict coaching is fun, creative, and in the moment. The class is designed to explore the fundamentals of coaching both in one-on-one work and for teams and groups. Participants will strengthen their talents and abilities to transform conflict through the art and science of coaching.
